By accessing or using KeelCode's services, including KeelTest and other developer tools ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.
Use License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Install and use our VS Code extensions
- Access our web-based tools and services
This license is for your for your personal or internal business use and does not include the right to resell or redistribute our Services.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use our Services for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Circumvent usage limits or credit restrictions
- Share your account with others
- Use automated scripts to abuse our Services
- Interfere with or disrupt our Services
Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
Credits and Billing
Credits are our unit of measurement for service usage.
- Credits reset monthly - Unused credits do not roll over
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee - If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase
- Usage limits - We reserve the right to limit excessive usage
- Pricing changes - We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Intellectual Property
Your Code
You retain all rights to your source code. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your code for the purpose of providing our Services.
Generated Tests
Tests generated by our Services are yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit. We make no claim to ownership of generated test code.
Our Services
KeelCode and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance
- Update or modify our Services
- Suspend access for security reasons
Warranties and Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
Our Services rely on Large Language Models (LLMs) from third-party providers. While we implement verification loops to minimize errors, AI-generated code is inherently probabilistic. You understand that:
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or security of generated tests.
- We are not responsible for service interruptions from upstream AI providers.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated code before executing it in production or sensitive environments.
Limitation of Liability
KeelCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You - Cancel your subscription through your account settings
- Us - We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our Services. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
